This aspect of his practice has included cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and over 80 cases before the Ohio Supreme Court.
In 2017, Curt continued his service to the public by accepting a commission to serve a judge on the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court. Curt quickly established himself as a fair jurist, committed to affording everybody their day in court. Now back in private practice, Curt has continued his efforts in fighting for individuals against governmental corruption and overreach.
With his broad experience, and proven commitment to ensuring all people are afforded the greatest opportunity to enjoy life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness (for them and their families), Curt is now seeking to continue his service to the public as state representative for the 27th State House District.
